Shipment of Your Items



SilverBack Bullion Inc. reserves the right and sole discretion to choose which carrier orders are shipped with. Packages can be shipped either via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS or USPS within five (5) to nine (9) business days from when we receive payment in full for your order unless the clearing time applicable to your method of payment exceeds five (5) business days. We will ship your order to you, subject to bullion product availability. Each package is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. On average, packages take one (1) to ten (10) business days for delivery. The tracking number will be provided to you via email upon date of shipment.

SilverBack Bullion Inc. fully insures all of its shipments. Orders over $550.00 require Signature Confirmation. Should anything happen while your package is in transit it will be covered by our insurance policy. However, we will not accept responsibility if (a) you have left instructions with the carrier or delivery service to leave parcels unattended for you without the need for a signature, or (b) you have given them instructions to leave your package with someone else, for example, a building manager, neighbour or at a drop-off location such as a mail box and/ or a post office Store, etc. When we ship to you, if metals are lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we file a claim. We reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.

*Disclaimer: Once the item has left our facilities, it is under the control of the third party shipping service. We always do our best to provide our customers with speedy service; however some things are out of our control. There is always the possibility for a delay due to these third party services or the possibility of a product becoming damaged or lost in transit. The simple fact is, all of the above-described scenarios are unacceptable to us and we will never put this burden on our customers. If anything happens to a product in transit or a delay becomes problematic, we will always be willing to replace the product or take it back for a full refund. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we do whatever we can to accommodate you.



Shipment Packaging



When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection is key. Your products are securely wrapped in protective packaging before being placed in the shipping parcel to prevent the products from shifting during shipping.

Our labels, return address and packaging do not give any indication of the valuable contents of the package, so you can rest assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound. Please note that we reserve the right to combine orders for shipping and will not refund shipping rates on concurrent orders.



Shipment Tracking



When you place an order with SilverBack Bullion Inc., you can follow your order’s progress from the time of creation until your products are delivered to your doorstep. By visiting the “My Account” area of our site and clicking on your order number, you can follow your order’s progress as we process your payment, prepare your package for shipping and mail the package for delivery.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your package ships. From this point on we cannot give away individual tracking numbers for your shipments due to the risk of fraudulent address changes.



More About Shipping Insurance



To ensure complete customer confidence, every package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance. This means that in the extremely rare case that your package is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that our insurance policies only extend to packages in transit. Once the carrier obtains the Adult Signature for Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or Purolator packages, or if he/she completes the delivery for Canada Post packages, our insurance policies cease coverage.
